Refund Policy: 

At My Braids Party, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and making sure you’re fully satisfied with our magical braid party experiences. We understand that plans can change, so please read the refund and rescheduling policy below carefully.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, here’s how it works:

  • More than 14 days before the party date: We offer a 95% refund to cover processing and bank fees.

  • Between 7 and 13 days before the party date: We offer a 75% refund.

  • Between 2 and 6 days before the party: A 50% refund will be granted.

  • Same-day cancellation (24 hours or less): We refund 25% of the total event cost.

In case of illness, emergency or exceptional circumstances (including Covid-related issues), we offer one free rescheduling, subject to availability, within 30 days of the original event.

If We Are Unable to Attend

If you’ve made a payment but we are unable to deliver the service on your chosen date or time, we will issue a full refund. You will be informed as early as possible should this occur.

Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.

  • Credit card payments: Processed within 2–3 business days from your refund request.

Non-Refundable Cases

We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the event.

  • No-shows or lack of notice regarding cancellations.

  • Events that have already taken place.

Policy Updates

My Braids Party reserves the right to update this policy at any time, without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately and published on our website.
