My Braids Party by Arnaud provides mobile entertainment services for children’s birthday parties and other celebrations within the Canton of Zurich.

Our services typically include:

  • Princess-style braided hairstyles with reusable, colorful extensions

  • Light makeup and glitter

  • Music and a small fashion show (“Mini Catwalk”)

  • Hair accessories and small party favors

  • Setup and entertainment provided by trained staff

All services are delivered on-site at the location of your choice.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking and constitutes confirmation of your acceptance of these terms, including our cancellation and refund policy.

We reserve the right to accept or decline bookings at our discretion. Your booking confirmation serves as proof of the contractual relationship between you and My Braids Party by Arnaud.

3. Customer Account

Customers may create an online account to:

  • Manage bookings and contact details

  • Submit cancellation or refund requests

  • Communicate with our team

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that your information is accurate and up to date.

4. Data Protection and Processing

We place great importance on protecting your privacy. All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with these provisions.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds and rescheduling are governed by our Refund Policy. Cancellation or refund requests may be submitted via your customer account or by email to contact@mybraidsparty.ch.

The refund amount depends on the timing of the cancellation and any applicable processing fees.

6. Liability and Insurance

We strive to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
However, My Braids Party by Arnaud cannot be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of our services.

Please inform us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities. We hold full professional liability insurance.

Adult supervision is required at all times during our events.

All content, logos, images, videos, texts, and designs displayed on our website or used during events are the intellectual property of My Braids Party by Arnaud.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without our prior written consent.

8. Amendments and Termination
