Refund Policy:

At My Braids Party by Arnaud, we are committed to creating magical and stress-free birthday experiences. To ensure clarity and fairness, please read the following refund and rescheduling terms carefully.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • More than 14 days before the party date: 94% refund.

  • 7 to 13 days before the party date: 75% refund.

  • 2 to 6 days before the party date: 50% refund.

  • Same day (24 hours or less): 25% refund.

In the event of illness, emergencies, or exceptional circumstances (including COVID-related situations), we offer a free rescheduling within 30 days of the original event date, subject to availability.

2. If We Are Unable to Attend

If payment has been made and we are unable to provide the service on the agreed date, you will receive a full refund. You will be informed as early as possible in such cases.

3. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted by email to contact@mybraidsparty.ch.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original booking:

  • Credit card: within 5–7 business days

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the event

  • No-shows or failure to notify us

  • Events that have already taken place

  • Changes to the booked package after the event

Once the party has taken place, the package and price cannot be adjusted or partially refunded, regardless of the actual number of participants or hairstyles completed.

5. Packages and Number of Participants

Each package includes a maximum number of children, which varies depending on the selected offer. The exact group size is specified in the package description or booking system.

If more children attend than included in the booked package, they must be declared at the time of booking and paid accordingly.

Packages are charged as a flat-rate service, not per child.
The package price remains unchanged if:

  • Fewer children attend than originally booked

  • Individual children are not styled, made up, or supervised within the allocated time

  • Activities are shortened or adjusted to respect the agreed duration

6. Confirmation of Final Number of Participants

The final number of children must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Any reduction in participants after this deadline or on the event day does not qualify for a refund.

If additional children attend on the day of the party without prior booking, they may only be accommodated if time allows and the applicable additional fee is paid immediately.

7. Travel & Events Outside Zurich

Our packages apply to Zurich and the surrounding area. Events outside Zurich incur additional travel fees, which are included in the final price.

These fees are non-refundable, even if the on-site duration is shortened.

8. Policy Updates

My Braids Party by Arnaud reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
